At Brii's Lux Travels, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Supplier Refund Policies

Brii's Lux Travels acts as a travel advisor and booking agent. All refunds are governed solely by the cancellation and refund policies of the travel supplier, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and vacation package providers.

We do not determine, control, or guarantee whether a refund will be issued or the amount of any refund. Refund eligibility, processing times, credits, and cancellation penalties are determined entirely by the supplier's terms and conditions.

Travel Service Cancellation Fee

A $75 Travel Service Fee will be charged for all cancellations, regardless of whether the travel supplier issues a full refund, partial refund, travel credit, or no refund at all.

This fee covers the time and administrative work involved in processing cancellations, communicating with suppliers, and managing your reservation. The Travel Service Fee is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Many travel products, promotional fares, deposits, and special offers are non-refundable. Please review the supplier's terms before confirming your reservation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment against unforeseen events, including covered trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other eligible circumstances. Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy.

Processing Times

If a refund is approved by the travel supplier, the refund will be processed according to the supplier's timeline. Processing times vary and may take several weeks depending on the supplier and your payment method.
